Mr. Rakesh Singal is Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 01.08.2017. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts in Punjab University, Chandigarh and LLB in Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He has ex- perience over 40 yrs in Steel Industry. He had started trading in Steel since 1975. He was engaged in manufacturing in Steel Industry from 1991 till 2002. Currently, he has business of selling Steel Scrabs from 2002 onwards.�
Ms. Shivani Sanghi is appointed as an additional director in the Company. She is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With over 8 years of extensive experience in the Corporate and Legal sectors, she possesses profound expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Ms. Shweta Gupta is an Independent Director of the Company, She is an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She has fellow Degree of ICSI and has Expert Knowledge of Company Law with an experience of 6 Years in the Industry.
Mr. Gagan Goel is Executive Director of the Company. He is Graduate from Delhi University. He has experienced to work as professional with leading companies as Manager and having good experience in Management, Marketing, and Business Development.
Mr. Mukund Murari is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is Graduate from Patna University. Area of expertise Financial Management, General Management , Investment in Stocks Experience, Accounting Experience, IT Experience and Hardware and It related purchase and sale.
